About Jacobsen Consulting – Experience, Integrity, Impact
Jacobsen Consulting was founded by Morten Jacobsen, an experienced consultant and programme leader with more than 20 years of work in the international development sector. Morten holds a degree in political science and has worked with the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the EU, the World Bank, and several major NGOs.
His work has taken him to over 20 countries, particularly across Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. He has led complex programmes, advised policymakers, conducted evaluations, and supported reforms in sectors ranging from governance and civil society to green transition and institutional development.
Jacobsen Consulting brings this experience to clients through flexible, focused, and high-quality advisory services. Morten works directly with clients and draws on an international network of experts where needed.
